Hello, I am Melody Laney, founder and CEO of KaPar Innovative Services, and customer experience has always been my passion. Not just as a profession but as a calling. For over two decades, I have studied it, lived it, trained others in it, and built systems around it. And at some point, I realized that the expertise I had spent years developing deserved a platform of its own.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Busineess Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Services and I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Instructional Technology and Design. I bring that same intentionatlity to every engagement.
